Commitment to Movement

One of my many goals for 2020 is being more active.

Currently, I am a walker. I walk twice a week with a committed friend who keeps me on track. I may be a person who needs others around while I’m working out but for now I am going to explore solo fitness.

I am using an app from Google Play called Stretching Exercises.

Jumping rope – Crossrope app

I hope to achieve better endurance over time.

Cardio/Toning

For Christmas I bought myself the Zumba Strong DVD. I was hoping the music would help motivate me. We will see.
